I have long had an attraction to technology and enjoy being a leader. Thinking back to my early days with a Commodore VIC20 and how that has turned into a fascination with the amazing technologies we have today. My passion has always been around what is new and combining that with making a difference in people’s lives. Currently, I am driving towards becoming a SAFe Agile trainer and company implementer. What an amazing journey!
Finding adventure has always been easy for me, and it started very early in my life. As a kid, I would set off exploring on my bike, pushing the limits to see how far I could go. Now, I travel the globe via motorcycle! Click here to check it out My Adventure Site. I started out on a Honda Express 49cc moped and now have a couple of Harley-Davidsons. If you check out my pictures, you will see that I still enjoy a bicycle ride too. I have always wanted to see what is around the next corner. Wisdom has taught me that the real adventure is to keep moving, meeting new people and giving back to others. To be an adventurist is a state of mind. It is having a strong desire for new experiences.
I am proud to have had decorated time as a Marine, building others personally and professionally in life and giving back to those less fortunate in volunteer efforts. I have been very blessed in all my opportunities!
Here are just some of the things that I accomplished so far: achieved a dive level of PADI Master Scuba Diver, explored most of the US on a Harley, raced the Baja 250 on a quad, became a region champion in cart racing, and being a published photographer.
In 2019, I choose to make a life health change. In 167 days I dropped 70lbs. This was achieved with biking and walking. Combined I have biked or walked 1,500 miles. Yes, 1500 miles within 167 days!
One fun fact in 2019, I had the opportunity to become an Ordained Minister and conduct my best friend's wedding! What a rad experience.
So many adventures so little time, sounds like a lot when I type it out but the best adventure is the one I have yet done.
